Meghalaya MPSC & High Court LDA evaluates candidate typing speed at a qualifying benchmark of 30 WPM (10 min) over 10 minutes. Evaluation follows standard word-comparison rules where net speed must meet or exceed 30 WPM with accuracy maintained at or above 95%.
