The Indian Naval Civilian Entrance Test (INCET) skill test for Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Typist, and Administrative Assistant is conducted on computer consoles under DoPT guidelines. Candidates must achieve 10,500 Key Depressions Per Hour (KDPH) in English (35 WPM) or 9,000 KDPH in Hindi (30 WPM) over 10 minutes. The test is strictly qualifying in nature; final merit ranking is determined exclusively by Tier-I CBT written examination marks.
Candidates must achieve at least 35 WPM (10,500 KDPH) in English or 30 WPM (9,000 KDPH) in Hindi over a 10-minute duration.
